FSI is committed to delivering a complete integrated FM system which will optimise your operations. Whilst Concept™ software is an important aid in achieving this, we recognise that how you apply the software is where you obtain value from it.
FSI's software implementation services are aimed at enhancing and supporting the operating processes of organisations managing hard and soft FM services.
Our Implementation team consists of industry specialists and highly skilled technical experts with practical experience in managing clients of different sizes and backgrounds. From stand-alone systems that address immediate operational needs to enterprise-wide strategic solutions, we can help you achieve your optimum solution tailored to your business requirements.
Concept™ 3.0.8.4, available free of charge as part of your existing Support contract, includes the following features:
•
.NET PPM Planner is an easy to navigate calendar layout which represents the planned maintenance task schedule for each contract.
.NET PPM Planner maintains a check on when work is scheduled against assets, ensuring accurate asset maintenance, and the ability to view future work scheduled.
•
Concept™ Reports allows for simple reports to be created, without the need to have alternate reporting tools or viewers installed.
Concept™ Reports also includes comprehensive tools for producing complex or specialised reports to match your requirements. A variety of formats can be used to publish reports, including Word, Excel, PDF and email. Reports can also be published to eSQL, allowing eSQL members to view the content of shared reports within their web browser.
• Further
grouping of Assets allows the set-up of a formal working relationship between certain assets on the system. These Assets, available in all Concept™ systems prior to 3.0.8.4, are Asset Tag, Asset Type and Asset Name.

The relationship which exists between Type, Tag and Name implements filtering systems to assist in data entry. As each list is selected, the relationship to the other is implemented, and associated lists are filtered as appropriate.
• A number of
New Tables have been included in 3.0.8.4, adding increased functionality to the running of your organisation and Concept™ database information. The full list of new tables is available on your 3.0.8.4 upgrade disc.
